Dr. Ali Ansari is the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Research, and Outreach at Virginia State University, the liaison to the Alliance, and a co-PI of this project.
A computer engineer, Dr. Ansari earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington on control systems, and his research interests also include simulation and modeling and microprocessor-based systems. He represents VSU as its member councilor for the Oak Ridge Associated Universities.
