Dr. Bradley Skelcher is Associate Provost at Delaware State University, liaison to the Alliance, and a co-PI.
A historian who earned his Ph.D. from Southern Illinois, Dr. Skelcher served previously as Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. His research interests are in historic preservation and the Underground Railroad. He has done research in South Africa and authored books on the history of DSU and on the history of Delaware’s schools for colored children.
