Mildred K. Fuller

Dr. Mildred K. Fuller is Interim Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies at NSU, the liaison to the Alliance, and a co-PI of this project.

She was formerly a professor of Medical Technology and chair of the Department of Allied Health Professions. She earned a B.S.in biology and chemistry from North Carolina Central University, a M.Ed. from Tuskegee University, and a Ph.D. in Urban/Health Services from Old Dominion University.

She is a certified medical technologist/clinical laboratory scientist and a member of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science, the American Association of Blood Banks, and the National Certifying Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science, the review board for the Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science, and the Virginia Assessment Group.
